How do I start a new quote fast?
Open Create Quote, add the client details, then add each space once with measurements, finishes, and labour. Scopeflow carries your pricing defaults and structure automatically.
Can I save a quote and come back later?
Yes. Use Save draft and it will appear in Recent quotes so you can load it back in with one click.
Where do I change my rates, terms, or reply details?
Go to My Profile. That is where your pricing defaults, payment terms, quote validity, branding, and billing details live.
How do I know whether a quote is won, lost, or needs follow-up?
Open My Quotes or Send / Export and update the quote status to Follow-up due, Won, or Lost. Scopeflow keeps that status with the quote record.
Where do internal material lists live?
Open QuoteCut from the left sidebar. The client-facing quote stays clean while the business can review materials, wastage, supplier-ready notes, and buy-path comparisons privately.
